 Phase 1: Pedagogy & Core Teaching Skills (Days 1–15)

Focus: Mastering the art of Hindi instruction and foundational lesson planning.

Micro-Teaching & Lesson Plans:

Drafting comprehensive lesson plans for Prose (Gadya), Poetry (Padya), and Grammar (Vyakaran).

Practicing the "Five Steps" of Herbartian teaching methodology.

Student Profiling:

Techniques for creating and maintaining student profiles to track individual learning styles and socio-economic backgrounds.

Assignment Design:

Creating meaningful Hindi assignments that encourage creative writing rather than rote memorization.

Phase 2: ICT Integration & Digital Content (Days 16–30)

Focus: Transitioning from traditional chalk-and-talk to tech-enabled learning.

PPT & Multimedia Presentations:

Designing Hindi-specific slides using Unicode fonts.

Integrating audio-visual clips of famous Hindi literary works (e.g., Premchand’s stories or Dinkar’s poetry).

PDF & E-Resource Preparation:

Converting handwritten notes into structured, searchable PDFs for student distribution.

Digital Assessment (Quiz Preparation):

Using tools like Google Forms or Kahoot to create interactive Hindi vocabulary and grammar quizzes.

Phase 3: Administrative Excellence & Documentation (Days 31–40)

Focus: Understanding the "Back-end" of a Hindi Department.

Departmental Records:

Minutes Book: How to record and finalize proceedings of departmental meetings.

Activity Documentation: Preparing reports for seminars, workshops, and Hindi Diwas celebrations.

Result Analysis:

Phase 4: Evaluation & Conclusion (Days 41–45)

Focus: Certification and assessment of the intern's progress.

Project Documentation: Submission of a complete "Internship Diary" containing all drafted records and digital links.

The Capstone Presentation:

A 10-minute PPT presentation by each intern summarizing their learning journey and a demonstration of one ICT-integrated lesson.

Viva Voce:

A formal interview conducted by a panel to assess the intern’s grasp of Hindi pedagogy and administrative readiness.
